The Yellowstone Gateway Museum is located in the North Side School built in 1906, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum includes various artifacts from the 1860s to the 1940s, including stage coaches, Fort Yellowstone bell and W.H. Jackson chromolithographs. There are also exhibits on Lewis and Clark, Buffalo Bill Cody and the Texas Rangers.

The Fly Fishing Discovery Center is owned and operated by the Federation of Fly Fishers. The Museum features fly fishing exhibits, a fly fishing library, aquarium displays, angling art and educational programs. Live fish and informative displays educate visitors on fish diversity, adaptation and conservation. The Fly Fishing Discover Center is a one-of-a-kind museum.
