Absarokee Trail Rides & Pack Trips

Absaroka River Adventures offers guests to challenge the Stillwater River by raft or kayak. Half and full day trips are available, as well as horseback and rafting combo trips.

Donohoe Outfitting and KC Ranch offer fly-fishing trips, guided hunting and personalized ranch vacations in the Beartooth Mountains of southern Montana. Located near Absarokee, KC ranch offers a fully-equipped cabin for summer vacations and trail rides or a wall-tented river camp with beds, hot showers and a covered cooking deck for fly-fishing trips.

Paintbrush Adventures offers trail rides, summer pack trips, fishing trips, day hikes and photo trips in the Beartooth Mountains of the Custer National Forest. All meals, camping supplies and equipment are provided by the outfitters. Drop Camps are also offered, where the company equips the guest with all the supplies needed for a three to five day camping trip, hikes with the guest to the selected location and returns to pick up the guest after a specified amount of time.
